Intake Interview & Orientation
Upon filling out application, you will be contacted by a specialist who will do an over the phone interview and answer any questions you may have.
Pay first month rent & deposit

Move In!
After the application, interview and paying up front costs and fees, vou will be welcomed to move in and receive a tour of the house.
